REGSA Project (2011-2014): Under the auspices of European Commission Development and Cooperation Agency, I am co-investigating the promotion of innovation in Renewable Electricity Generation in South America (REGSA): www.regsa-project.eu, a project enabling participant countries the chance to promote renewable energy in rural electrification while fostering local job opportunities.
JELARE Project (2008-2011) : Completed European-Latin American Universities Renewable Energies Market Research Project (JELARE), http://www.jelare-project.eu, on behalf of the European Commission Development and Cooperation Agency (EuropeAid).
FIPSE-CAPES (2004-2009): US and Brazil Consortia of International Business, (2004 to 2009)
Under auspices of the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE), USA, developed ongoing partnership between three South-eastern U.S. universities and three universities in Brazil to facilitate seamless exchange of students and faculty between these institutions.
